Required documents

  4. The approval of the relevant administrative authority for the delivery.
  5. Ownership document.
  6. Water invoice from the nearest neighbor.
  7. Landline and mobile phone numbers for the customer and personal e-mail.
  8. Any other document that the company deems required and is necessary for the safety of the delivery process.

Procedures

  1. The customer completes the service request.
  2. The customer pays the fees of the inspection and the file.
  3. On-site inspection.
  4. Preparing the cost estimate and sending it to the customer service center for payment.
  5. The customer pays fees in cash.
  6. Obtaining the necessary permits to dig
  7. Obtaining the necessary fittings from warehouses by the responsible technician.
